Reception children had fun focusing on the ‘Building’ theme, based upon the story: ‘What We’ll Build’ by Oliver Jeffers. They took part in the whole school celebration and discussed parts of the story with talking partners. The children were scientists and inventors, as they planned and created a tidy up robot, who can help the children to speedily tidy up the classroom at tidy up time. Fantastic creativity and imagination! Well done, Shining Stars!
