The Global Guardians presented a wonderful worship about Archbishop Desmond Tutu this week. We found our interesting facts about his life and also learnt about the important role he played in the reconciliation process following the end of apartheid in South Africa. He believed in forgiveness and helping people make peace with each other and many people remember him as a brave leader who stood up for love and justice.
We also learnt to sing the famous freedom song Siyahamba – Walking in the Light of God which reminded people during the dark times that they are not alone and that light and hope are stronger than darkness.
