We had a fantastic day on our trip to Castleton. The weather was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, a walk around the village and seeing nature come to life in the spring sunshine. Our visit to Treak Cliff Cavern was a real highlight, giving us the chance to learn more about different types of rocks and fossils and how they are formed. The pupils impressed us by confidently sharing their scientific knowledge and asking thoughtful, insightful questions. It was a day filled with awe and wonder and we loved every moment.
