Today in our geography lesson we learnt what traditional Mexican food looks like and how it compares to the food we eat at home.
In Tocuaro, the people cook many Mexican foods using the flour that they make from the maize. We tried: tortilla wraps, tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole and quesadillas.
