This week the children have enjoyed listening to the story book ‘Handa’s Surprise.’ They have acted out the story, done a written re-telling, tasted the 7 fruits from Handa’s basket and even learnt about the African setting of the story, finding it on the class world map. Excellent learning, Shining Stars!
