One of our Mummys in school, kindly offered to bring her Dental expertise to a presentation for our Hungry Caterpillars and Shining Stars! The children found out about tooth brushing times, methods and the types of healthy foods and drinks that promote healthy teeth. The children asked and answered lots of questions and demonstrated their enquiring minds. The presentation was followed by class activities, including ‘Guess the Smile,’ flossing duplo teeth, cleaning teeth, deciding which foods were teeth friendly and being dentists and patients in the Dentist role play area. A very big thank you to Mrs Stones and her daughter assistants!
