The Hungry Caterpillars have been exploring their enquiry question for this half term, ‘Who am I?’ and learning about their 5 senses. We have focused on our sense of taste this week. We have talked about our favourite food and listened to a lovely story, ‘ Oliver’s Fruit Salad’ by Vivian French. The children helped to chop up fruit to make our own fruit salad and then we enjoyed tasting the different fruit at snack time. We talked about the fruit we liked to taste (and the ones we did not like!) Strawberries were the most popular!
