As part of our English unit based on Shackleton’s Journey by William Grill, the Billionaires had to write questions that would help them interview potential crew members. We had to think about our eye contact, tone of voice and body language and give constructive criticism.
Once our crew was hired, we thought about what we would like to take with us on board. We diamond sorted these items and talked about what ‘non-essential’ means. Finally, we used causal conjunctions to justify which items we would take with us.l
