It’s been a very special week in school for our Y6 leavers this week. We were all treated to a fantastic performance of Panto Pandemonium on Monday and then on Wednesday we all walked up to church for the leavers service. The pupils shared their favourite memories from their time at the school and they were all presented with a Bible by Reverend Chris. We sang some of our favourite songs and hymns especially chosen by the Butterfly Lions who also thanked the staff and their parents for all the help and support during their time at Tankersley school. There were lots of laughs but quite a few tears as well and the service was truly special.
