This term has been a very strange and challenging term for everyone. The Hungry Caterpillars have been amazing during Lockdown at home and at nursery. It has been wonderful to be back at Tankersley nursery to see happy, smiling faces playing with friends and learning together. Our enquiry question this half term has been, ‘What happens in spring?’ We have been for walks around our school to look at flowers growing and blossom on the trees. We have planted seeds and celebrated Mother’s Day, Red Nose Day and Easter. We listened to the Easter story in the Bible and found out about Jesus dying on the cross and coming back to life. We celebrated new life by learning about baby chicks and lambs and enjoyed going on an Easter egg hunt. It has been a busy time in Nursery!
