The Hungry Caterpillars’ enquiry question this half term is ‘Who am I?’ The children will be learning about their five senses. This week they were investigating their sense of taste. They listened to a lovely story, ‘Oliver’s Fruit Salad’ by Vivian French and then helped to cut up lots of different fruit for their own fruit salad at snack-time. The best bit was tasting the different fruit and talking about the fruit they liked tasting the most ( and the least!) Strawberries were definitely the most popular fruit! Kiwi fruit and mango got lots of thumbs up too!
