This week in our science lesson The Famous Fives have been finding out about how the 8 planets orbit the sun. They found out that each of the planets rotates on its own axis and that each planet orbits the sun at a different speed. They learnt that opinions about how the planets move has changed over time. In order to show some of the main geocentric and heliocentric beliefs about The Solar System, we used different objects (and people) to represent The Sun and the planets.
