How did the Tudors come to power?

The children really enjoyed playing different historical characters as we re-enacted the Battle of Bosworth, 1485. We learnt all about the War of the Roses and how it ended with Henry Tudor’s victory over Richard III. The warring Yorkists and Lancastrians were united through marriage and the Tudor reign began!
