Hedgehog Homes!

The Hungry Caterpillars have worked in collaborative pairs during our Design and Technology project. The children worked together to design and make a home for a hedgehog after learning about hedgehogs. They used a planning sheet for their design and then used wood and glue to make their hedgehog home, before evaluating it. The pairs enjoyed working together and developing different skills, such as communication, creativity, decision making and team work. 

The finished products are going to be placed in our school’s amazing ‘Wonder Garden’ for local wildlife to enjoy!
