A bit of rain did not dampen spirits on the Coronation Bank Holiday and many people came to Tankersley Church to take part in a special Coronation celebration event. There were lots of activities to have a go at, such as water colour painting, bug hotel making and bell ringing! The Coronation coin project canvases were on display and the children enjoyed pointing out their coin to friends and family! It was a lovely, happy event and a good time was had by everyone!
