The Shining Stars have made lots of new friends and enjoyed playing in the provision. They have also been learning all of the new routines in Reception class. There have been lots of activities to take part in: Funky Fingers, sand and water trays, being in role as shoe shop assistants and customers, computer picture drawing, counting and matching sets to numerals. The children have also drawn their family members and listened to their Repeated Read book: ‘Ravi’s Roar.’ Outdoors, the children have been turn taking with the bikes and scooters, climbing, sliding and much, much more! The children have also been looking after Speedy the class tortoise. Well done Shining Stars! What a fantastic start to your Reception class year!
