KS2 TEACHER MPS – NQTs welcome

The Governing Body of Tankersley St Peter’s C.E. (Aided) Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking Teacher to join our team.  NQTS are most welcome to apply.  The successful candidate will be required from September 2018 to teach in the Year 3 class.  Tankersley C of E Primary is a friendly village community school on the border of Sheffield and Barnsley and easily accessible from the M1.  We have a highly motivated, committed and supportive team.  We are graded Good by OFSTED and have been proud to be in the top 3% of schools nationally over the last 3 years. We encourage our children to aim high and have self-belief, to show community spirit and to be enterprising and enquiring learners as well as respectful of one another.

Creative, forward thinking and able to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential
Committed to high standards in all areas and have high expectations of all children in terms of progress, attainment, attitudes and behaviour.
Has the energy and determination to make a difference, to enthuse and motivate pupils
Is an inspiring, creative and forward thinking classroom practitioner
Has good organisation and communication skills

An interest in computing and possibility of developing this subject across school is desirable.

Tankersley St Peter’s C.E.
