The Hungry Caterpillars’ enquiry question this half term is ‘Who am I?’ The children will be learning about their five senses. This week they were exploring their sense of taste. They listened to a lovely story, ‘Oliver’s Fruit Salad’ by Vivian French and then took turns helping to cut up lots of different fruit for their own fruit salad at snack-time. The children enjoyed tasting the different fruit and talking about the fruit they liked tasting the most ( and the least!) Bananas were definitely the most popular fruit! Pineapple and blueberries got lots of thumbs up too!
