The enquiry question in Nursery this half term is ‘What makes it winter?’ The Hungry Caterpillars have been learning about this wonderful season by listening to winter themed story books and information books. The children have learnt a Poetry Basket poem about a snowman , called ‘Carrot Nose,’ and confidently performed it on our Nursery stage. The children have also created winter artwork using different materials and participated in various activities with a winter focus (and lots of glitter and sparkles!)
