THE SHINING STARS HAVE LOVED THEIR R.E LEARNING ABOUT BEING IN A FAMILY!

First of all, the children reminded themselves of our school vision whilst saying the words out loud together and doing the actions. They then brainstormed what a family is and talked about the meaning of lots of new vocabulary. The children  took turns to talk about their own families at circle time, naming the people and pets who live in their homes, as well as talking about members of their extended families with talking partners. The Shining Stars then drew pictures and labelled them.
