The children enjoyed engaging with the Dentist’s powerpoint and resources. They asked and answered questions as well as observed equipment and took part in tooth brushing demonstrations. This was followed by linked activities including playing in role as dentists, removing plasticine (food) from inbetween duplo bricks (teeth) using string (floss). There was also decay colouring on teeth and dental surgery colouring. The children will also be receiving a toothbrush each and a home learning challenge sheet to brush their teeth twice a day and record it. There will also be a ‘Guess the Smile’ game to play over the next few days. Well done everybody!
