On Sunday afternoon we had a wonderful Christingle service at Tankersley Hub. It was a lovely community event where we sang some well known Christmas carols, enjoyed a puppet show and made our very own Christingles. The choir children led by Mrs Cooper performed their favourite song Mary Did You Know as well as a medley of nativity tunes. We all had a lovely afternoon and remembered the true meaning of Christmas.
