We have been thinking about thermal conductors and thermal insulators. We were given the challenge to investigate which materials would keep ice-cream the coldest. We thought about our History topic and wondered if we could design a container that would keep ice-cream cold in Elizabethan times. We thought carefully about how to work scientifically and fairly. Using thermometers and timers, we were able to collect results from the investigation. We will be looking more closely to find any patterns in our data in our session next week.
