The Hungry Caterpillars took part in an indoor teddy bears’ picnic to round off their learning about toys. The children introduced their teddies during a ‘show and tell’ circle time. They followed instructions to make a sandwich for picnic time. They also listened to the story ‘ This is the Bear and the Picnic Lunch’ by Sarah Hayes and learnt the traditional ‘Teddy Bears’ Picnic’ song. Everyone enjoyed eating their sandwiches and Pom Bear crisps with their friends (and sharing food with their teddies!)
