The children in Nursery and class 2 have been learning about Christenings and Baptism. The Nursery children took part in the pretend Christening of ‘baby’ Tilly Lucy and invited class 2 and Mrs Harrison. A corner of nursery transformed into St. Peter’s Church and Reverend Huw Thomas led the service. It was a lovely Christening and celebration afterwards. The Nursery children enjoyed eating cake, opening presents and dancing enthusiastically! Congratulations to Tilly Lucy’s proud parents and godparents. We must say a HUGE ‘thank you’ to Reverend Huw for leading our service and the Higginbottom family for providing the spectacular Christening cake. (It was absolutely delicious!) Everyone enjoyed the special, happy event!
