Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming the NSPCC in conjuction with O2 into our school to put on a fantastic workshop to our parents.

The workshop focused on ways in which we can keep our children safe online with practical tips as well as very useful information.

Thank you to the parents who made the effort to come along. If you would like any information or a leaflet from the event speak to Mr McNerlin.

Dear parents and carers.

Most young people are using social networking sites to play online games and contact friends. This is a part of the day to day life of our children and the use of social networking is increasing as technology advances daily. The answer is not to shy away from this or berate our children for using social  networking but to educate them in responsible use of the internet. Think you know how is linked on our LINKS page – here you can find information about using the internet and cyber bullying safely.
